Navigating the Reputation Section

The Reputation area in the mobile app gives you a quick snapshot of your review performance and access to detailed review activity.

  • Tap the Reputation/Reviews tab (star icon) to open the section.
  • Use the date range selector at the top to filter by a specific time period.
  • Swipe through overview metrics (examples: invites goal, reviews received, average rating, sentiment).

Detailed Reviews and Review Requests

Switch between reviews and requests to see what’s coming in, what’s pending, and what needs a response.
