Manage SMS, email, WhatsApp, and social conversations in one place. Schedule messages, attach files, send voice notes, and use AI reply tools—all from the LeadConnector mobile app.
Managing messages across SMS, email, and other channels can quickly become overwhelming when conversations are scattered and hard to track.
The conversations module brings all messaging channels into a single thread-based system so you can view, respond, and manage communication from one place.
Without a centralized view, messages can be missed, responses may be delayed, and it becomes harder to maintain consistent communication.
This guide will walk you through how to use conversations on mobile so you can stay organized, respond efficiently, and keep communication flowing.
To begin, review the key features and benefits available in the conversations section.
Conversations in the mobile app helps you stay responsive—without bouncing between apps or tabs.
Use the bottom navigation to open Conversations, then tap any thread to respond, schedule a message, or attach media.
Follow along: Open a thread → tap the message box → attach media (optional) → send now or schedule (if available).
The app supports attachments, but file limits vary by channel. If your file is too large, use a cloud link for reliable delivery.
Pro tip: If an attachment fails, try compressing the file or sending a cloud link to avoid message delivery issues.
Filters help you focus on the right conversations fast—especially if you manage multiple channels and multiple team members.
Follow along: Open Filters → set Show Message: Unread → assign to My Chats → save as a Quick Filter.
Speed up replies and keep messages consistent using built-in personalization and saved content.
Example: Create a snippet for your most common “next steps” response, then customize it with a contact name using custom values.
