Connect Square to accept secure one-time and recurring payments across BizStackPro—then monitor orders, transactions, and automations in one place.
When selling across invoices, funnels, stores, and bookings, managing payments separately can create confusion and inconsistent tracking.
Integrating Square allows you to process both one-time and recurring payments across multiple channels while keeping everything connected in one system.
Without a unified payment setup, transactions can become harder to track, and automation triggers may not work as expected.
This guide will walk you through how to connect and use Square so your payments stay consistent, trackable, and easier to manage.
To begin, review what you can do with Square and how it connects across your payment channels.
Square gives you a reliable way to collect payments inside BizStackPro—whether you’re charging once or billing on a recurring cycle.
Follow along: Connect Square first, then confirm the mapped location, then test each checkout channel you plan to use.
Square location mapping keeps reporting and payment routing accurate. Each BizStackPro sub-account maps to a single Square location.
Important: Only physical locations can be mapped, and each sub-account can be linked to one Square location at a time. If you skip this step, a default physical location may be assigned automatically.
Square can process both one-time purchases and subscriptions, depending on how you set up product pricing.
Tip: If you offer multiple billing cadences (monthly vs. yearly), create separate products so each one has a clean, predictable cycle.
After Square is connected, enable it in the channels you sell through and test end-to-end.
Follow along: Run a test checkout in every channel you plan to use, then confirm the order appears in Payments → Orders.
You can collect payments for bookings using Square once your integration is connected and calendar payment settings are enabled.
Once payments are flowing, BizStackPro makes it easy to track activity and trigger confirmations, receipts, and next steps.
Square + BizStackPro lets you collect payments, track activity, and automate the follow-through without juggling separate systems.

Connect Square, map the right location, set products as one-time or recurring, then test each channel. Once you’re live, monitor orders and transactions and automate confirmations so nothing slips through the cracks.
