Track one-time purchases and membership transactions, filter by date or channel, review offer distribution, and compare up to four offers to see what’s driving growth.
As sales start coming in, it can be difficult to tell which offers are performing well or where your revenue is actually coming from.
Revenue analytics brings together data from purchases and membership transactions so you can review performance across different offers and channels.
Without clear visibility, it becomes harder to identify trends, compare results, or make informed decisions about pricing and promotions.
This guide will walk you through how to access and use revenue analytics so you can track performance and understand what’s driving growth.
To begin, start by accessing the revenue analytics section within your memberships area.
Revenue Analytics lives inside the Memberships analytics area and helps you understand performance at a glance.
Follow along: Go to Memberships → Courses → Analytics → Revenue Analytics.
The Net Revenue tab is the default view. It focuses on one-time purchases and lets you filter results for cleaner insights.
Pro tip: Compare the same time window month-over-month (e.g., the first 7 days) to spot trends without “calendar noise.”
For a full picture (especially recurring revenue), use the Payments area alongside Revenue Analytics.
Example: If Net Revenue looks flat but Subscriptions are growing, your long-term revenue health may be improving even if one-time sales are steady.
Offer Distribution helps you see which offers are driving results in your selected date range.
Follow along: Set your date range → open Offer Distribution → review the top offers and their revenue share.
The Compare Offers tab lets you compare performance side-by-side so you can quickly identify winners and underperformers.
Example: Compare your “core offer” vs. a “bundle offer” during the same date range to see which one drove better revenue per sale.
BizStackPro connects memberships and payments so you can track offer performance, subscriptions, and purchase channels without juggling multiple tools.
