What the Product Catalog Helps You Do

The Catalog view gives you a clean way to find products quickly and add them to the cart—without jumping between screens.

• Browse all products from one screen inside POS
• Select variants (size, color, package options, etc.)
• Dynamic pricing updates based on variants and quantities
• Taxes auto-apply when linked to the product
• Mix catalog + custom items using the keypad

Step 1: Open POS and Switch to Catalog

1. Open the BizStackPro mobile app and select your subaccount.
2. Tap the POS module from the bottom navigation bar.
3. Tap the Catalog tab to view your products.

Step 2: Add Products, Variants, and Quantity

1. Select a product from the Catalog.
2. Choose available variants (if the product has them).
3. Adjust the quantity using the counter.
4. Review the price (it updates dynamically), then tap Add to put it in the cart.

Step 3: Add Another Variant Combination or a Custom Item

• Another variant combination: Tap + and choose New Customization, then select a different variant set and tap Add.
• Custom item: Use the keypad to manually enter an amount (like a one-off service fee) and add it alongside catalog products.

Step 4: Checkout and Take Payment

1. Review your cart (items, variants, taxes, and totals).
2. Add item notes when needed for special instructions.
3. Tap Checkout and complete payment using your available POS methods (for example: tap to pay).

Notes and Limitations

• Taxes: Taxes linked to products are included automatically in checkout totals.
• Notes: Add notes to catalog items or custom items to reduce confusion later.
• Invoicing: Some setups mention future invoice creation directly from catalog; if you don’t see it yet, use your existing invoice flow.
