BizStackPro Funnels & Websites Help Guide

Picture-in-Picture (PiP) for Funnels & Websites

Keep a hosted video visible while visitors scroll by enabling Picture-in-Picture mode in your BizStackPro funnel or website.

Quick Answer

How do you enable Picture-in-Picture mode in BizStackPro?

Add a Video element, choose a Hosted Video, then open Playback Controls and enable Enable PiP mode on scroll. Save and preview the page to confirm the mini player appears as you scroll.

Keep Hosted Videos Visible While Visitors Scroll

Picture-in-Picture mode allows a hosted video to continue playing in a small floating player after the visitor scrolls past the original video location.

This lets the video remain visible while the visitor continues reading or browsing other sections of the page.

Hosted Videos Only

PiP mode works with Hosted Video sources in BizStackPro. It is not available for YouTube or Vimeo embeds.

Before You Begin

Make sure the page uses a hosted video before configuring PiP.

  • Have the video uploaded or available in your BizStackPro video library.
  • Use a Video element configured with Hosted Video.
  • Plan to preview the page and test PiP while scrolling.

How PiP Mode Works

When a visitor scrolls past a hosted video, BizStackPro can reduce the video into a smaller floating player.

The mini player remains fixed in the bottom-right corner of the browser so the visitor can continue watching while moving through the page.

PiP Position Is Fixed

The PiP player position cannot currently be customized. It uses the bottom-right corner of the browser.

Enable PiP in 3 Steps

Add a Video Element

In the builder, choose Add Element → Video and place the Video element on the page.

Choose Hosted Video

Open the video settings, choose Hosted Video, and upload or select the video file from your library.

Enable PiP Mode

Open Playback Controls, enable Enable PiP mode on scroll, then save and preview the page.

Test the Scroll Behavior

Preview the page, start the video, and scroll down. When PiP is enabled, the mini player should move into the bottom-right corner automatically.

Best Practices

Autoplay

If autoplay is enabled, consider starting the video muted and keep play and pause controls available.

Captions

Add captions or subtitles for accessibility and for visitors who browse without sound.

Thumbnail

Use a clear, high-contrast poster frame that remains readable when displayed in the smaller PiP player.

CTA Placement

Place an important CTA near the first part of the page so the video can remain visible while visitors continue toward later content.

Video Performance

Compress the hosted video and use a reasonable resolution to help control page load time.

Example

A hosted video can continue playing while visitors scroll through social proof or pricing, with a button available to move them to the Order Form.

Troubleshooting

PiP Is Not Appearing
Check: Confirm the video source is Hosted Video.
Check: Confirm Enable PiP mode on scroll is turned on under Playback Controls.
PiP Covers a Button or Other Important Element
Check: Avoid placing critical sticky controls in the bottom-right area where the PiP player appears.
Adjust: Add spacing where needed to prevent overlap.
Mobile Behavior Is Different
Check: Some mobile browsers may limit overlay behavior.
Test: Review the page on both iOS and Android devices.
You Want to Disable PiP

Recommended Next Step

Preview the Page and Test PiP While Scrolling

After enabling PiP, preview the page, start the hosted video, and scroll through the page to confirm the mini player appears correctly and does not cover important content.

Keep Hosted Video Visible While Visitors Scroll

Use PiP mode with hosted video, preview the scroll behavior, and test desktop and mobile layouts so the floating player supports the page without covering important controls or content.
