Connect a provider, run POS from the LeadConnector app, and charge by saved card, manual entry, or a Square Reader—so you can take payments anywhere.
When accepting payments on mobile, it’s not always clear which provider to use or how different payment methods fit into your checkout process.
Payment integrations like NMI, Authorize.net, and Square connect your account to POS so you can process transactions using saved cards, manual entry, or in-person readers.
Without the correct provider setup, payment options may not appear, transactions can fail, or you may end up working in the wrong account.
This guide will walk you through how to connect a provider and use it with POS so payments are processed correctly across your mobile workflow.
To begin, start by connecting your payment provider and preparing your mobile setup.
Start by connecting your payment provider in BizStackPro, then confirm you’re logged into the correct sub-account in the mobile app.
Follow along: If POS options look missing, you’re usually in the wrong sub-account or your provider isn’t set as the default yet.
POS transactions can be a quick custom amount charge or a full itemized checkout using your product catalog.
At checkout, choose the method that fits the situation—repeat customer, phone payment, or in-person swipe/tap.
Pro tip: If you want to use Cards on File, make sure the transaction is tied to the correct contact—that’s how stored methods show up.
After the integration is connected, you can charge by using a saved method or adding a new card during checkout.
Square is ideal for in-person payments—just pair your reader and select Square at checkout.
BizStackPro gives you POS, mobile tools, and payment integrations so you can charge customers from anywhere—without jumping between systems.
Opens in a new tab.
Go to Payments → Integrations in BizStackPro, choose your provider, and connect it as the default.
Open POS in LeadConnector, create a transaction, then charge using Cards on File, Manual Card Entry, or a Square Reader.
For in-person tap/chip payments, pair a compatible reader in Settings → Payment Devices, then select Square Payments at checkout.
Yes. Only one provider can be active at a time, but you can change your default provider in Payments → Integrations whenever needed.
Save time with cards on file, use manual entry when needed, or take tap/chip payments with a Square Reader—right from your mobile checkout flow.
Faster checkout. Better follow-up.
