Find Conversations, Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, and settings fast—so you can reply, schedule, and update records from anywhere using the LeadConnector app.
When using the mobile app for the first time, it’s not always clear where to find messages, contacts, or scheduling tools.
The app organizes conversations, contacts, calendar, tasks, and settings into a structured navigation system so you can move between them quickly.
Without understanding how these sections connect, it’s easy to waste time switching between screens or miss important updates.
This guide will walk you through how the app is structured so you can navigate efficiently and keep your workflow moving on mobile.
To begin, review how the app is laid out and where each core section is located.
The LeadConnector mobile app mirrors your BizStackPro workspace so you can respond to leads, manage contacts, and keep your calendar moving—right from your phone.
Follow along: Use the bottom navigation to jump between modules, and tap the + (quick action) button to create items faster.
The bottom bar is your “home base” for moving around the app quickly.
Pro tip: If you’re moving fast, open the contact from a message thread. It’s the quickest way to add a note, tag, task, or pipeline update without switching screens.
Conversations lets you read and reply from one place, then jump into the contact record when you need more context.
The Contacts area is where you keep your CRM updated while you’re on the go.
Calendar gives you a fast way to see what’s next and make changes without needing a desktop.
Tasks help you keep momentum—especially when you’re handling replies and follow-ups across multiple leads.
Notification settings help you stay responsive without being overwhelmed.
Note: If you don’t see a module your teammate has, it may be hidden due to workspace configuration or your user permissions.
BizStackPro brings conversations, scheduling, automation, and CRM together—so you can keep things moving on desktop and mobile.
