Quick Answer
Customer records can be deleted, temporarily disabled, or moved to another affiliate from the affiliate profile.
Deleting a customer ends future commission tracking for that affiliate. Disabling pauses tracking without removing the record. When a customer is moved, only unpaid commissions can be transferred to the new affiliate.
Manage Customer Attribution Carefully
Customers associated with an affiliate can generate commissions as they complete qualifying purchases or actions.
You may occasionally need to correct attribution, pause commission tracking, remove an invalid customer, or move a customer to another affiliate.
Each action affects tracking differently. Deleting removes the affiliate relationship for future commissions, while disabling preserves the customer record but pauses commission generation.
Reassigning a customer changes which affiliate receives future credit. Paid commissions remain with the original affiliate, while eligible unpaid commissions may be transferred.

Navigate to Marketing → Affiliate Manager.
Open the Affiliates Area
Select Affiliates to view the affiliates connected to your campaigns.
Select the Affiliate
Click the affiliate’s name to open their profile and review associated customers and commissions.
Open the Customers Tab
Use the Customers tab to locate the customer record you need to manage.
Step 2: Delete a Customer
Delete a customer only when you no longer want future affiliate commissions to be associated with that customer.
Open the Customer Record
From the affiliate's Customers tab, locate the customer you want to remove.
Select Delete
Choose the Delete option and confirm the action.
Understand the Result
Future affiliate commissions will no longer be generated for that customer after deletion.
Step 3: Disable or Enable a Customer
Disabling a customer temporarily pauses commission tracking while preserving the customer record for future use.
Pause Tracking
Disable a customer when you need to stop commission generation without deleting historical information.
Restore Tracking
Enable the customer again whenever commission tracking should resume.
Preserve History
Customer information and historical records remain available while the customer is disabled.
Flexible Management
Disabling is often a better option than deleting when future reactivation is possible.
Step 4: Delete a Denied Commission
Individual commission records can be removed when appropriate, particularly after a commission has been denied.
Open the Affiliate Profile
Navigate to the affiliate whose commission history you want to review.
Review the Commissions Tab
Locate the denied commission that should be removed.
Delete the Entry
Use the available menu options to permanently remove the denied commission record.
Step 5: Move a Customer to Another Affiliate
Customer reassignment allows future commission tracking to be credited to a different affiliate while preserving important commission rules.
Select the Customer
Open the customer's action menu and choose Move Customer.
Choose the New Affiliate
Select the affiliate who should receive future customer attribution.
Transfer Unpaid Commissions
Decide whether eligible unpaid commissions should move with the customer.
Paid Commissions Stay
Previously paid commissions always remain associated with the original affiliate.
Best Practices
Disable Before Deleting
When you're unsure whether a customer may return, disabling is usually safer than permanent deletion.
Verify Commission History
Review paid and unpaid commissions before moving customers to another affiliate.
Record Administrative Changes
Keep internal notes explaining why customer attribution was changed.
Test Carefully
Verify customer attribution after major administrative changes to ensure future commissions are assigned correctly.
