Move your Kajabi course content to BizStackPro—including hosted videos—using the guided import wizard. Track progress, fix login issues, and complete migration cleanly.
If you already have a course built in another platform, rebuilding everything from scratch can feel time-consuming and unnecessary.
The course migrator allows you to import your existing course content, including lessons and hosted videos, into BizStackPro using a guided process.
Without proper setup, migrations can fail or result in missing content, which can slow down your transition and require extra cleanup work.
This guide will walk you through what’s required before importing and how to complete the migration so your course transfers as smoothly as possible.
Before starting the import, make sure everything is set up correctly to avoid common issues.
A smooth migration comes down to three things: published content, correct Kajabi themes, and a correctly formatted learner login URL.
Important: Your Kajabi domain must be entered as the full learner login URL, including https:// and ending with /login.
Use the exact learner login page URL (not the homepage).
Example:
https://yourdomain.kajabi.com/login
If you see authentication or import errors, this URL formatting is one of the first things to verify.
Follow along: Go to Memberships → Courses → (dropdown) Products.
Note: The product may remain in processing until all videos finish copying. When complete, the status updates accordingly.
Video copying can take the longest. Don’t panic if lessons appear first while videos finish in the background.
https:// and ending in /login./login).Resume behavior: If an import fails, use Retry to resume. If you click Cancel, the import is treated as canceled and a new attempt starts from the beginning.
Import your Kajabi content, then level it up with BizStackPro offers, automation, and analytics.
Opens in a new tab.
Published lessons with text/images, plus hosted videos. Assignments, quizzes, and assessments are not imported.
Use the full learner login URL including https:// and ending with /login (example: https://yourdomain.kajabi.com/login).
Usually incorrect credentials or a misformatted login URL. Recheck learner email/password and confirm the URL ends in /login.
Often themes, credentials, or the domain path. Confirm Premier/Encore themes, verify credentials, and ensure the URL points to /login.
Not always—images embedded in rich text may require re-upload after import.
If it fails, use Retry to resume. If you cancel, a new import attempt starts over from the beginning.
Use the wizard’s status and Refresh. A product can remain processing until all videos finish copying.
Once your Kajabi course is migrated, you can create offers, automate onboarding, and keep learners engaged with a branded membership experience.
Faster launch. Better experience.
