View every payment event in one place—filter by status and source, search by customer or transaction ID, and export clean reports for accounting, refunds, receivables, and business tracking.
When payments come from different sources, it can be difficult to track what’s been collected, refunded, or still pending.
The Transactions tab provides a centralized view of all payment activity, including sales, refunds, and status changes.
Without a single view, reporting becomes harder, support requests take longer to resolve, and financial tracking can become inconsistent.
This guide will walk you through how to use the Transactions tab so you can search, filter, and manage payment activity more efficiently.
To begin, review what the Transactions tab is for and how it organizes your payment data.
The Transactions tab provides a sortable, searchable list of all payment activity in your workspace. It’s especially useful for reconciling revenue, tracking receivables, handling refunds, and building accurate reports.
Follow along: Go to Payments → Transactions and start by applying a date range filter for the reporting window you need.
Navigate to Payments → Transactions to open the full list. From there, you can sort columns, apply filters, and click into a transaction to see details (including refund history and status changes).
Filters help you isolate the exact activity you’re looking for—so reporting and support tasks take minutes, not hours.
Pro tip: When handling support tickets, search by Transaction ID first—then open the record to confirm status, refunds, and timestamps.
Export your transaction history to CSV or Excel for accounting, reconciliation, and performance reporting. For the cleanest reports, apply your date range and filters before exporting.
Follow along: Filter to your reporting window → export → save the file with a naming convention like Transactions_YYYY-MM.
BizStackPro centralizes payments, orders, invoices, and customer records—so your transaction history becomes a reliable source of truth.
