To begin, start by locating and restoring the deleted opportunity from the restore view.
Restore a Deleted Opportunity
You can restore deleted opportunities from the Opportunities area (if they’re still within the retention window).
- Go to Opportunities.
- Click the three-dots menu (top right of the Opportunities view).
- Select Restore.
- Find the opportunity you want to recover.
- Click the three-dots next to that record and choose Restore.
- Confirm, then return to your pipeline—your opportunity should reappear.
Follow along: If you don’t see the opportunity in the Restore view, it may be outside the retention period or permanently removed.
Track Activity Using Audit Logs
Audit Logs can help you verify when an opportunity was deleted, restored, or changed—especially useful for troubleshooting and accountability.
- Get the Opportunity ID (or Document ID) associated with the record.
- Go to Settings → Audit Logs.
