Connect Authorize.net to BizStackPro to process secure payments on invoices, order forms, subscriptions, memberships, and even calendar bookings.
When adding a new payment gateway, it can be unclear how it will work with your existing setup or whether it will affect current payment flows.
The Authorize.net integration allows you to connect a separate merchant account and use it alongside other gateways for processing payments.
Without a clear setup, payments may route incorrectly, testing may be skipped, or transactions may fail when going live.
This guide will walk you through how to connect and configure Authorize.net so your payment system runs reliably across invoices, forms, and subscriptions.
To begin, review what this integration enables and how it fits into your payment setup.
Follow along: Go to Payments β Integrations β choose Authorize.net β add keys β test in sandbox β switch to live β set default gateway (if needed).
In BizStackPro, navigate to Payments β Integrations, then select Authorize.net to begin setup.
Log in to your Authorize.net Merchant Interface and retrieve your API Login ID and Transaction Key. Enter them in the integration fields inside BizStackPro, then save to connect your gateway.
Pro tip: If you manage multiple merchant accounts, confirm youβre connecting the correct Authorize.net account for this BizStackPro workspace.
Before accepting live payments, run test transactions using Authorize.net sandbox settings and test cards.
Common sandbox test cards
Use any valid future expiration date and a standard test CVV as required by your sandbox flow.
You can keep multiple gateways connected (like Stripe + Authorize.net). For order forms, make sure you set a default gateway so payments route correctly.
Reminder: You donβt need to disconnect Stripe to use Authorize.netβjust choose which gateway should be the default for the specific checkout experience youβre using.
If you want to accept payments during appointment bookings:
BizStackPro brings payments, products, invoices, automations, and CRM tools together so your checkout flows stay consistentβno matter the gateway.
Opens in a new tab.
Go to Payments β Transactions to view all Authorize.net payments.
Subscriptions are listed under Payments β Subscriptions.
Open Payments β Subscriptions and use the Cancel Subscription action.
YesβAuthorize.net can be used for membership checkout payments when configured in your payments settings.
No. You can connect both. For order forms, just set the gateway you want as the default.
When your gateway is connected and tested, you can use the same payment engine across invoices, order forms, subscriptions, memberships, and paid bookingsβwithout rebuilding everything.
More gateways. More options.
