When reviewing your pipeline, it’s not always easy to pull out the exact data you need for reporting, backups, or sharing with your team.
The export feature allows you to download opportunity data based on your current view, including filters and custom fields.
Without filtering and exporting correctly, reports can become cluttered, incomplete, or harder to work with outside the platform.
This guide will walk you through how to export opportunities so you can capture the right data and use it effectively.
To begin, start by accessing your opportunities so you can review and prepare your data for export.
Access Opportunities
Start by opening Opportunities from the left sidebar. This is where you can view all pipeline records, deal values, statuses, owners, and related details.
Best practice: Decide what you need the export for (backup, reporting, migration, sharing) so you can filter the list before exporting.
Use Filters Before You Export
Filters help you export only the opportunities you actually need—keeping the file smaller and easier to work with.
- Filter by pipeline or stage/status
- Filter by owner/assignee
- Filter by date ranges (created date, updated date, or stage movement—depending on your setup)
- Use other conditions relevant to your workflow (including any custom logic supported by your view)
Pro tip: If you need “only won deals” or “last 30 days,” set those filters first—your export will follow the exact list you’re looking at.
Export Opportunities
Once your list is filtered (or left unfiltered for a full export), use the export option from the Opportunities page.
- In Opportunities, click the three-dots (options) menu.
- Select Export.
- Keep the tab open while the export processes (you’ll see a progress indicator).
- When complete, download the file.
Included data: Exports include your opportunity details and typically include custom fields as part of the export file.
No Export Limits (Export All Visible Records)
BizStackPro allows you to export all visible opportunities from your current view. If you need everything, clear filters. If you need a subset, filter first.
Follow along: Click Export → wait for the progress bar → download when it completes. Avoid refreshing until the export finishes.

The export feature requires admin permissions. If you don’t see the export option, confirm your role/permissions with your account admin.
