This guide will show you how to generate and manage these documents so your fulfillment process stays organized and efficient.
Once you understand how fulfillment documents work, follow the steps below to access orders, generate labels, and print packing slips inside your BizStackPro ecommerce system.
What Shipping Labels and Packing Slips Include
BizStackPro generates a printable document that typically includes order and fulfillment details so you can pack and ship faster.
- Order details: Order ID, order date, and store name
- Addresses: Ship-to and (where supported) billing details
- Items: Product names, variants, images (when available), and quantities
- Sender info: Store / sender address for reference
Follow along: Go to Payments → Orders → open an order → choose Print Shipping Label or Packing Slip.
Step 1: Open Your Orders
- Navigate to Payments → Orders.
- Locate the order you want to fulfill.
- Open the order to view details and fulfillment actions.
Step 2: Print a Shipping Label
You can generate a label (PDF) from a few different places depending on your workflow:
- From the Order Details page: Click Print Shipping Label to download a label for the order.
- During fulfillment: Choose the items + quantities you’re shipping, then print the label for that fulfillment.
- For partially fulfilled orders: Use the three-dot menu next to the order to print a label for a specific fulfillment.
Pro tip: If you ship items at different times, print labels per fulfillment so each package matches the correct items and quantities.
Step 3: Print a Packing Slip
Packing slips are generated using the same interface as shipping labels and are especially helpful when you want a packer-friendly list inside the box.
- Open the order and choose Packing Slip (where available).
- If the order is partially fulfilled, print the slip for the specific fulfillment.
- Confirm variants and quantities match what you’re packing.
Important Notes
- E-commerce store orders only: Labels/slips are not available for non-store orders.
- Multiple fulfillments: Each fulfillment may generate its own page/document.
- Addresses: In some setups, shipping and billing may display the same until separate billing fields are supported.
- Item-level printing: You can generate labels for specific items/quantities during fulfillment.
