Automate payment follow-ups in BizStackPro by enabling invoice reminders. Improve cash flow, save time, and keep client communication consistent and professional.
When invoices go unpaid, it can be time-consuming to remember who needs a reminder and when to follow up.
Automated reminders handle this process by sending scheduled messages through email or SMS based on your defined timing.
Without automation, follow-ups can be inconsistent, overdue invoices can pile up, and payments may take longer to collect.
This guide will walk you through how to set up automated reminders so your follow-ups stay consistent and require less manual effort.
To begin, navigate to the reminder settings where you can configure your follow-up rules.
Follow along: This is where you build your “default” reminder rules so your follow-ups run automatically after you send invoices.
Pro tip: Keep Reminder 1 friendly and short. Make Reminder 2 more direct. Save the strongest language for Reminder 3 (final notice style).
Click Add Another Reminder to create a second or third follow-up with different templates, timing, and wording.
Example cadence: 1 day overdue (gentle) → 4 days overdue (direct) → 7 days overdue (final).
Important: Once a client pays, reminders for that invoice stop automatically.
Automated reminders keep your follow-ups consistent—so you get paid faster without chasing people manually.

Yes. You can disable reminders for specific clients or invoices by adjusting their settings individually.
Create your email/SMS templates in your templates area, then select them in Reminder Settings when building each reminder.
Once payment is recorded, the system stops sending additional reminders for that invoice.
Set your reminders once and let BizStackPro do the chasing—politely, on-brand, and automatically.
Less admin. More on-time payments.
