View invoices, confirm amounts due, and record payments for service appointments using the BizStackPro mobile app—supporting Tap to Pay, card, cash, and manual entry.
When handling service appointments, switching between tools to manage invoices and collect payments can slow things down and create gaps in your workflow.
Mobile payment features connect your calendar, invoices, and payment methods so you can view charges and record payments directly from each appointment.
Without a connected system, payments can be delayed, records can become inconsistent, and it’s harder to keep everything tied to the correct appointment.
This guide will walk you through how to collect and record payments from the mobile app so everything stays organized and up to date.
To begin, review the key features available for collecting payments within your service calendar on mobile.
The mobile app lets you quickly collect and record payments tied to service appointments—so you can get paid without switching tools.
Follow along: Open the BizStackPro mobile app → go to Appointments or Calendars → tap a service appointment → choose View Invoice or Record Payment.
Payment collection in the mobile app relies on your service calendar payment settings. Make sure payments are enabled in your web sub-account first.
Pro tip: If you don’t see payment options on mobile, double-check that Accept Payments is enabled on the calendar and your payment mode isn’t set to inactive/test unintentionally.
Once a customer books, the appointment shows in the app and includes invoice and payment actions (when enabled).
Example: If a client adds a last-minute add-on service, open View Invoice, update the line items, then return to Record Payment to collect the new total.
BizStackPro brings calendars, invoices, and payments together—so collecting on-site (or on-the-go) is simple.
