Setting Up Payments That Actually Work for Your Customers

When collecting payments, it’s not always clear which methods to offer or how different payment options affect how quickly customers complete checkout.

The Payments tab brings together billing tools, product setup, and payment method integrations so you can manage transactions from one place.

Without the right setup, customers may not see their preferred payment options, which can lead to abandoned checkouts and delayed payments.

This guide will walk you through what’s available in the Payments tab so you can choose the right methods and manage payments more effectively.

To begin, review what you can manage in the Payments tab and how each part supports your billing workflow.

What You Can Manage in the Payments Tab

The Payments area helps you collect money, track transactions, and manage products and billing workflows.

Create and send invoices (and other payment requests).
Track orders, subscriptions, and transactions.
Create products, apply coupons, and manage taxes.
Generate Payment Links for products and services.
Connect payment processors like Stripe, PayPal, NMI, Square, and Authorize.net.

Follow along: Go to Payments → open your billing tool (Invoices/Orders/Payment Links) → confirm the processor is connected and the right payment methods are enabled.

Supported Payment Methods

Available methods depend on your connected processor and your account region, but BizStackPro supports many common options.

Select Manage Payment Methods.
Toggle the methods you want (ex: iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA, Klarna, Afterpay) under the available categories.

Note: Your processor may require verification steps before certain methods (like BNPL or bank redirects) are available.
